Austin’s goal is to create a smooth-flowing work environment for Serene's staff by assisting with payroll and taking care of the team's office needs. Austin also handles incoming referrals to ensure you are connected with a therapist who also suits your needs.

Ruth has 12 years working in administrative roles. Her last job was with Kaiser where she worked 5 years as an Administrative Specialist II and then 1 year as a bilingual Psychiatry Clerk. During her administrative roles she worked on payroll, scheduling, ordering and record retention. As a Psychiatry Clerk her primary role was to schedule appointments and process referrals.
