Savannah Aimerito

ASSOCIATE MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST

Savannah Aimerito (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, adolescents, families and individuals. Savannah received her Master’s in Marriage and Family from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Before joining Serene Pathways, Savannah worked as an elementary, middle, and high-school therapist as well as at a Trauma Recovery Center working with survivors of domestic violence and victims of crime. Prior to becoming a therapist, Savannah volunteered her time working with survivors of sexual assault. 

Savannah has extensive experience in helping clients facing challenges such as depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. Savannah is particularly passionate about working with adolescents and the LGBTQIA+ community. Savannah's approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and connectiveness. Savannah works with clients to create a safe space for them to be able to process and heal. Savanah likes to meet clients where they are at and can tailor therapy to each person that she treats. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and likes to incorporate Gestalt, Narrative, and inner-child work. 

Savannah is supervised by Wendy Sober, LMFT.
